Head Coach: Jason Gordon
Jason Gordon was born and raised in Tampa, FL. He attended Gaither High School where he was an all-county catcher. He then went on to play 2 years at Pasco-Hernando CC and 2 years at Belmont Abbey College in NC. He received his BS degree in Sports Management from BAC and currently holds his Physical Education and Health certifications. He is currently in his 4th season as Head Baseball Coach at Tampa Bay Tech High School.

Assistant Coach: Matt Fisherman
Matt Fisherman was raised in Tampa, FL. He attended Gaither High School where he was a two year varsity starter for the baseball team. Matt holds several Gaither baseball records as the center fielder. His merits on the high school field earned him a scholarship to the University of Florida as an outfielder. After baseball, Matt turned his attention to coaching. Matt is entering his 4th year on the Titans staff.
Assistant Coach Josh Goldstein
Josh was born in Rhode Island. He attended Ponaganset High School Class of 2003, where he was a baseball standout. He attended The University of Tampa 2003-2007 where he was member of UT Baseball Team as a pitcher during the 2003-2005 seasons. Josh graduated 2007 with his degree in Elementary Education. He served as Pitching Coach at Leto High School 2008. After Leto, Josh moved on to his place as the current Pitching Coach at Tampa Bay Tech. This will be Josh's second season on staff.
Bench Coach Luis Suarez
Luis was born in Miami, FL. Both Luis' Parents came to the U.S. from Cuba. Luis Played Baseball at South Miami Senior High as a pitcher, first baseman, third baseman. He graduated from Methodist University in Fayetteville NC in 2006 where he played 3 years of Football as well. Luis currently is also a member of the Titans football team coaching staff. His winning attitude and vast coaching experience makes him a great fit on the baseball staff as well. This will be Luis' third year on the staff.
Bench Coach Anthony Fordyce
Anthony was born in Brunswick, GA but has lived most of his life in Tampa. Although he didn't play high school baseball while attending Jesuit High School, he did get his roots in sports media and management. For the last 5 years Anthony has been emersed in sports radio in the Tampa market. He has covered all major sports in the area with a large concentration in baseball. While interacting with the pros he began to feel his knack for coaching. This will be Anthony's second season on Tampa Bay Tech's coaching staff.
